Green Chile Stew
Ingredients:
1 lb ground meat (hamburger)
1 cup roasted green chile (chopped)
4 medium potatoes (diced)
1 cup corn (frozen or canned)
4 cups water
2 cloves garlic (minced)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large pot, brown the ground meat until fully cooked. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
Add water, potatoes, green chile, and corn. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!
