Fried Rice
Ingredients:
Pre-cooked rice
Bacon, chopped into 1” pieces
Green onions, chopped
Eggs
Soy sauce
Ginger
Cooking oil
Instructions:
Fry chopped bacon in a pan until crispy. Remove bacon, but keep the grease.
Add rice to the pan and stir to coat in bacon fat.
In a separate pan, heat oil. Whisk eggs with 1 tbsp water per 6 eggs and cook until fluffy.
Mix eggs and rice together, then stir in green onions, bacon, soy sauce, and ginger to taste.
Serve warm & enjoy!
