Pulled Pork Sandwich

🥪 Pulled Pork Sandwich – A Slow-Cooked Classic!

Nothing says comfort food like tender, slow-cooked pulled pork piled high on a fresh roll. This recipe is simple, full of flavor, and perfect for a cozy meal with loved ones. Add cheese or BBQ sauce to make it your own!

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs pulled pork

  • 4 green peppers, cut into strips

  • 2 white or yellow onions, cut into strips

  • 1 clove garlic, chopped

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Olive oil

  • Fresh rolls

Optional: Cheese, BBQ sauce

Instructions:

  1. Cook pork low and slow at 300°F until it falls apart.

  2. In a separate pan, sauté peppers and onions in olive oil until soft. Add garlic.

  3. Once pork is tender, shred it and mix in sautéed veggies.

  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  5. Serve on fresh rolls with optional cheese or BBQ sauce.
